TERMS OF USE

By commissioning me, you agree to
the terms and conditions outlined below.

WHAT I DRAWOriginal Characters (OCs)
(with visual references and detailed information
for accurate characterization.
I have less experience with human-like characters).“Canon” Characters
(from movies, comics, anime, books, etc.
As long as I have references available).NSFW
(Blood, Gore, Nudity, Sexual Content)

WHAT I DO NOT DRAWContent offensive to any culture,
race, sexuality, gender.NSFW Kinks
(Scat, Non-Con, Inflation,
PLEASE, ask me first)If there's a specific item not listed here,
please feel free to discuss it with me.

I MAY CHARGE EXTRA FOR
Extremely complex designs and backgrounds.

GENERAL CONDITIONSThese terms may be changed at any time
without prior notice, including pricing.I reserve the right to decline any commission
without needing to provide a reason.I will send the client a work-in-progress (WIP)
at each stage of the creation process.It is essential that all details of the commission
are specified before payment.Significant changes requested
at later stages will be charged.I prefer to work with detailed visual references and
will ask for information about the characters
to capture them authentically.The average completion time for a commission is 2 to 4 weeks,
depending on the complexity and my current workload,
I work a full time job and it takes much of my time.PAYMENTI only provide digital artwork;
no physical delivery is involved.The listed prices are base rates and may vary.Full payment must be done after the sketch is done.CHANGES AND REFUNDSChanges to the initial sketch will not incur additional costs.Changes done after the sketch phase WILL BE charged.If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your commission,
I will inform you promptly and issue a full refund.Cancellations will only be accepted before work begins.
If the cancellation is requested after work has started,
the payment will not be refunded.ART USAGEI retain the rights to the images I create.
Payment is for the creation of the art,
not for the transfer of rights.The intellectual property of the artwork remains with me unless a specific agreement to transfer rights is made,
which may include additional costs.Commissions are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.
For commercial use, an additional fee will be charged, to be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
You may not profit from my work without
prior agreement and consent.Unless otherwise specified, I will publish the commissioned artwork on my online channels and portfolios.
If you prefer that your commission not be published on my social media or portfolio, please inform me.The artwork may be reposted by the client
